Chandler Walnuts are an English walnut, sometimes called Persian; specifically they are the Chandler variety. Chandler nuts are large and smooth with well-sealed shells, a pearly kernel color and mild flavor. Its kernels are easy to remove from the shell and easy to crack out into halves. So rich, buttery and full of flavor that you’d swear they were just picked yesterday. Not all Walnuts grow up the same—we harvest our California-grown walnuts when they’re at their peak so each bite is delicious.

Yup, I also sometimes enjoy the stray white hair in my coffee…. And the drool spot on the ceiling from a recent head shake….oh and the pile of dirt after a romp in the mud, right after floors mopped, dried mud on comforter as I get ready for bed…. Gotta love them though
