Hello everyone!
My name is Tatiana and I think it’s time to tell you our story with Marty and give you the opportunity to get to know us.
We are a married couple who have many ideas and goals, sometimes crazy ones.
We have four children, two granddaughters, eight dogs and a cat, and 20 acres of a beautiful walnut garden. But it was not always so.
I was born and lived most of my life in the center of Russia, in a large metropolis, not far from Moscow. Marty is an American for many generations.
Ten years ago, someone in heaven said: Hey guys! You two are crazy, you love each other and you have a chance to be happy, you need to be together! Lol
Then there was my move to America with my dog and cat and Marty was always with me. Ahead was a new new life, Marty’s and my wedding and many, many plans.
America has become my second homeland.
Marty is a programmer by profession, I am an accountant by profession, but we both dreamed of our own farm. We lived in Iowa and organized an organic livestock farm to raise Japanese Wagyu cows, Kunikuni pigs from New Zealand, we also had sheep and a huge green house to grow organic vegetables. It was at that time that we brought in several dogs of the Great Pyrenees breed to look after the animals.
But there was one BUT. I hate when animals die, and the realization that we are raising animals for slaughter was very burdensome for me.
Several years passed and we wanted to change the harsh climate of Iowa for the climate of California.
The idea of farming has never left us. And buying an English walnut farm in a beautiful scenic location on the banks of the Sacramento River was a godsend for us! We were happy! It was a difficult four day trip with our dogs from Iowa to California, but we made it through.
And now we have a huge walnut garden, a small kennel for our Great Pyrenean dogs, which we adore and a lot of work. Lol
My husband has golden hands and a huge warm heart. Thanks to him, our dogs have their own air-conditioned home, which is very important in California.
We are raising beautiful puppies of this amazingly intelligent and beautiful dog breed.
We plan to plant new seedlings of English walnut trees, improve our land and the river bank.
Our goal: the creation and organization of the cultivation of organic walnuts and their processing directly on our farm. To do this, we purchase machinery and equipment to start the production process from harvesting walnuts to packaging. It starts with collecting and peeling nuts, which includes peeling, cracking, de-shelling and sizing kernels.
It will be an organic raw English walnut. It is raw, always of a new crop. Our nut tastes radically different from the nut that you see on store shelves. You may not even know what year this nut was harvested, because it undergoes special processing to extend its shelf life.
Our goal: to give you the opportunity to purchase an organic, natural, fresh, tasty product rich in vitamins.
The spectrum of its useful and medicinal properties dtkbr, Walnut is the most useful and nutritious nut that heals the heart, cleanses blood vessels of cholesterol and plaques, nourishes and improves brain function, improves sleep, strengthens bones and relieves joint pain, is useful for diabetes … Although walnuts contain 65% fat (including omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)), they reduce blood fat. Only 4-7 walnuts contain 2.5 grams of omega-3, which is more than 2 times the minimum requirement for an adult.
This list is very long and will be a topic for a separate post of mine. Lol
We are open to you!

Thanks!
